N0016420RWP72 – OVERHAUL/REFURBISHMENT OF FLUID COOLERS (HEAT EXCHANGERS) – FSC 4420 – NAICS 332410 Issue Date: 17 July 2020 – Closing Date: 21 August 2020 – 4:00 PM Eastern Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the evaluation and overhaul/refurbishment of AN/SPS-49 Fluid Coolers (Heat Exchangers). A DRAFT Statement of Work is available as a controlled attachment with this notification. Interested parties are encouraged to provide comments regarding this DRAFT Statement of Work to the point of contact referenced below. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Total Set-Aside for Small Business IAW FAR 6.203 for proposed 5-year Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The applicable NAICS Classification is 332410 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Delivery is required FOB Destination: NSWC Crane Division, Crane, Indiana 47522-5001. Planned contract minimum is a quantity of one evaluation. Estimated contract maximum is $483,671. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
