N0016420RWP68 - COMPETITIVE - Evaluation, Repair, Flush and Lubrication, and New Manufacturing for AN/SPS-67(V)3/5 Rotary Couplers FSC 5985 - NAICS 334511 Synopsis Issue Date: 10 JAN 2020 – Closing Date: 10 FEB 2020 - 4:00 PM EST ITEM DESCRIPTION: Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the Evaluation, Repair, Flush and Lubrication, and New Manufacturing for AN/SPS-67(V)3/5 Rotary Couplers. NSWC Crane intends to issue a five (5) year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, competitive non-commercial solicitation in the second (2) quarter of fiscal year 2020. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition IAW FAR 6.1. Delivery is required FOB Destination. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
