Provide a copy of the shipping label, carrier, and tracking number for the proposal and also for the product samples. Shipping details are contained in the RFP, Section L, Proposal Requirements AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of RFP N0016420RJQ74 Amendment 0003 is as follow s: *Update Statement of Work to 15 JAN 2020 version as show n in Section J. This updates 3.9.6.1 - Markings. *Update Section F - Deliveries. *Section M, a, 1, 1 - "only A through K" is changed to "only A and K." *Section M, Factor I: Technical Ratings - "...exception w ill be considered a deficiency." is changed to "...exception w ill be considered a weakness.
