Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20-Q-0284 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION – CLIN 0001 Base Train Assembly, Manufacture IAW SOW, Drawings 2907662 REV BA and Parts List PL2907662 Rev AT, and CDRL A001, QTY = 3 Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ.
