N00164-20-Q-0278 – PROTECTIVE COVERS – FSG 3920 - NAICS 314999 ISSUE DATE 27 JULY 2020 – CLOSING DATE 07 AUGUST 2020 – 9:00 AM Eastern Time Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Protective Cover Guidance Handling Cart, P/N: 5212462-002 that is in accordance with statement of work (SOW), Drawing and Record of Inspection (ROI). This request includes First Article Testing (CLIN 0001). Vendors must read instruction located in CLIN 0001. Inspection and Acceptance will takes place at NSWC Crane. There shall be no waivers issued for First Article Testing, all interested vendors shall comply. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866- 606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
