Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20-Q-0267 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. IAW FAR 52.219-6 This procurement will be conducted utilizing a 100% SET-ASIDE for Small Business, in order for your offer to be Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - CLIN 0001, QTY 11 Optical Window Component 1 Density(1.0) With Variance of +/- 10% CLIN 0002, QTY 11 Optical Window Component 2 Density(2.0) With Variance of +/- 10% Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is August 12, 2020. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
