Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC Crane, 300 HWY 361 Crane, IN 47522-5001. Firm fixed prices are being solicited. This is a FAR 13 Competitive Requirement, 100 Percent Set Aside for Small Business. Offerors that are non-compliant with any material requirement of the solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
