N00164-20-Q-0197 – NOISE CANCELLING/SOUND MASKING– FSG N0 - NAICS 238210 ISSUE DATE 21 MAY 2020 – CLOSING DATE 04 JUN 2020 – 4:00 PM Eastern Time Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for noise cancelling / sound masking technology to provide ambient privacy within NSWC Crane workspaces. Vendor will propose a solution where anticipated equipment purchases may include masking generatory with pink/white masking signal filter, sound masking speakers for ceiling, sound-absorbing panels, cables, and installation. There are three affected areas, for which Statement of Work are attachments to this solicitation. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866- 606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20-Q-0197 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
