Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20-Q-0101 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer Sole Source- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Metalcraft Technologies, Cedar City, UT ,84721 CAGE CODE: 0HCF0), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Because this action is classified as items peculiar to one manufacturer, a redacted non-completive memorandum will not be included in the solicitation. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - CLIN 0001, QTY 5, Left Wing Tip Panel CLIN 0002, QTY 5, Right Wing Tip Panel Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is March 17, 2020. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
