Vendors must specifically acknowledge requirements in section 2.0 as well as 3.1 for the mileage restriction requirement. Evaluation criteria will be listed under Provision 52.212-2 within the provision section of this document. Award decision will be made In Accordance With (IAW) FAR 13.106 Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
