N00164-20-G-WS53-0002 - SOLE SOURCE – RADIO FREQUENCY BLANKING UNIT REPAIR DEPOT STANDUP - FSC – 5865 – NAICS - 334511 Anticipated Issue Date 27 MAR 2020 - Anticipated Closing Date 27 APR 2020 - Time 2:00 PM EDT Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a (CPFF) Job Order (JO) with Mnemonics, Inc. 3900 Dow Rd, STE 1, Melbourne, FL 32934-9255. This JO will procure repair services to support the standup of a repair depot facility at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) for the Radio Frequency Blanking Unit (RFBU) and its variants and derivative systems. This procurement may also support repair service requirements for the Logistics Management Information (LMI) for the RFBU and Fleet Support Team (FST) efforts for the RFBU and the Electronic Attack Unit (EAU) and its variants and derivative systems. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for the sole source is the Government does not possess rights to the technical data necessary to manufacture required spare parts for repair. No solicitation will be available at beta.SAM.gov and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane. The POC is Mr. Stephen Kirts, Code 0242 at email stephen.kirts@navy.mil.
