AMENDMENT 0001: This synopsis is being amended changing this from a Sole-Source Times Microwave Inc. procurement to a Brand Name Only Times Microwave Inc. procurement. A solicitation will be posted to FedBiz Opps. Offers will be accepted from responsible offerors proposing Times Microwave Inc. brand name parts. The anticipated RFP issue date is changed to 27 June 2019 and anticipated closing date is 11 July 2019. FAR Part 12 Commercial Acquisition procedures will be used. AMENDMENT 0002: The reason for this amendment is to change the synopsis from N00164-19-R-WS45 to N00164-20-R-WS45 and change the anticipated Closing Date to 7 January 2020 – 2:30 PM EASTERN TIME. Also the requirement for P-8A platforms cables is deleted, only EA-18G platform cables will be procured.
