This amendment is actually amendment 0004 to the solicitation.” AMENDMENT 0002: The reason for this amendment is to remove P/N 2SWF-4 from the SOW Item table under section "3.1 General Requirements" in Section C and update CLINs 0007 and 0008 to better reference the applicable drawings and specifications.
