N00164-19-Q-0258 - THINKHUB PRO ll or Equal- FSG 70 - NAICS 541519 ISSUE DATE 06/25/2019 - CLOSING DATE 07/05/2019 - 5:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the procurement of a ThinkHub Pro II Plus or equal for use with the existing Planar Video Wall. NSWC Crane needs a software solution that will satisfy the requirement capabilities and use with the existing video wall equipment. The solution required is to be customizable to interface with current AMX Controllers. Options that are required are as follows: Digital Canvas, Unlimited content and devices, Annotation toolset, Sketching on the video wall, Notes directly on the video wall and have the ability to save and print, Multi-touch web browser, Remote Collaboration, Hardware Agnostic-ability to work across multiple TV's, Integrate with our current AMX Controllers and video controllers- the ability to customize the solutions. This Requirement is In Accordance with FAR 13. Small Business Set a Side. It has been determined that it is in the best interest of the Government to solicit this purchase. This solicitation is not intended to be a Multiple Award. In the event the Government does not receive all requested items from one source, the solicitation will be reissued. VENDORS MUST QUOTE ALL ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-19-Q-0258 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
