EST This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N0016419Q0208 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Sole Source Procurement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, (Semi-General Inc, 54 Grenier Road, Londonberry, NH 03053-2046 . CAGE CODE:3BBY6,) All other offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract Base Award for the following: CLIN 0001 - Pin Diodes P;N SGP7034-7 Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is Aug 30, 2019. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted.
