COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supply for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with full & open competition, Brand Name or equal to NH Research Model 9200-4960-36. All responsible offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Battery Test System with salient characteristics Brand Name or equal to NH Research model 9200-4960-36. CLIN 0001 Battery Test System The anticipated award date is 04/30/2019 Quoter's prior to submitting a quote, carefully review ALL sections and fill in all blanks. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation.
