N00164-19-Q-0084 - SOLE SOURCE - PHASE SHIFTER PRINTED WIRING BOARDS - FSG 59 - NAICS 334418 ISSUE DATE 18 MAR 2019- CLOSING DATE 4 Apr 2019 - 4:00 PM Eastern Time This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-19-Q-0084 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Amphenol Printed Circuits, 91 Northeastern Boulevard, Nashua, NH 03062, CAGE CODE: 57034), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - CLIN 0001 - Phase Shifter Printed Wiring Boards IAW Statement of Work and Drawing(s). Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is April 30, 2019. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. This procurement contains technical data subject to and controlled by export-control laws IAW 22 U.S.C. 2751, et. seq. or the Export Administration Act of 1979., as amended, Title 50, U.S.C., App. 2401 et seq. Since the Government specifications contain export-controlled data all contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). http://www.dlis.dla.mil/ All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps.
