SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Meggitt Baltimore Inc, 3310 Carlins Park Dr Baltimore, MD, 21215-7851), CAGE CODE: 25223), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - CLIN 0001 NDI Reference Standard, Laminate, 13-Ply Solid, Part Number 802027395701, QTY = 3 EA CLIN 0002 NDI Reference Standard, Laminate, 18-Ply Solid, Part Number 802027395702, QTY = 3 EA CLIN 0003 NDI Reference Standard, Honeycomb Core, Part Number 802027395703, QTY = 3 EA Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is April 30, 2019.
