EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), supply contract IAW FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-19-Q-0056 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Size Standard for NAICS Code 335999 is 500. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, XP Power LLC,990 Benecia Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085-2804. The OEM owns all proprietary data for this product. All responsible offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Power Supplies. CLIN 0001 XP Power PN: SP/ET60R033-220 Reverse-polarity model (+ or -) 0 to 60.0Kv, 33.0Ma, 230V1PH AC Input LED Meters, Xonstant CurrenUCurrent Trip Slow Start, Arc Count, Arc Quench Embedded RS232 Serial Interface, USB Connectivity The anticipated award date is 13 FEB 2019 Quoter's prior to submitting a quote, carefully review ALL sections and fill in all blanks. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offeror's that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.
