This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business. The anticipated Period of Performance for this IDIQ is five (5) years from the date of award. The minimum amount to be ordered is QTY 1. The Maximum amount to be ordered at one time is 2. The intent is to have one class per month for a period of 60 months, however it may occur that 2 courses be held per month. This IDIQ will be acquired using FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore it will not be a Multiple Award contract. The Statement of Work can be found following CLIN 0002 on the SF1449. Evalution criteria can be found in the Provisions section of the SF1449 and shall be acknowledged by the Vendor. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-19-Q-0014 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
