N00164-17-G-WM06_0003_01 - SOLE SOURCE - SPARES FOR SLQ-32(V)6 INSTALLATIONS - FSG 59 - NAICS 423690 Anticipated Issue Date 07 FEB 2019 - Anticipated Closing Date 14 FEB 2019 - 2:00 PM EDT Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to issue a modification to a Job Order (JO) under sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-17-G-WM06. The BOA was issued to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Liverpool, NY. Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition was the lack of sufficient technical data and duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and the unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement through any other source. As a result of this modification, the overall contract ceiling for BOA N00164-17-G-WM06 will remain unchanged. This modification is anticipated to procure spares that are required to support SLQ-32(V)6 Installations. The required Delivery Date for the supplies is 01 FEB 2020. Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to Lockheed Martin Corporation through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. The anticipated contract action award date is 28 FEB 2019.
