N00164-16-G-JT08-P00004 - SOLE SOURCE - BAE MISSION CREW WORKSTATION - SPARES, REPAIRS, & ENGINEERING SERVICES - FSC 5895 - NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date 03 JAN 2018 - Anticipated Closing Date 17 JAN 2018 - 2:00 PM EST The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division intends to modify Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-16-R-JT08 contract with BAE Systems 450 Pulaski Road Greenlawn, NY 11740 to increase the contract ceiling by $17,074,369.00 from $7,925,631.00 to $25,000,000.00, due to increased requirements in support of the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems (PMUAS) MQ-4C Triton in support of PMA-262. The proposed contract modification is due to an activation of an Organic Repair Depot at a government designated location for DPX, which includes weapons replaceable assembly's (WRA's) level technical data, drawings, schematics, special test equipment and training support. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received in response to this synopsis will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The request for contract modification will not be posted to the FedBizOpps website due to the sole source nature of the procurement. The Government does not own data rights for any of the technical data associated with the PMUAS MQ-4C Triton.
