The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane requires six variable auto-transformers modified to military specifications. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Staco Energy Products Co. in Miamisburg, OH, as their modification was previously selected competitively. While all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration, the determination not to compete the contract rests solely with the Government.
