The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane intends to sole source a contract for Cramaro Tarp All Systems replacement tarps, as they must be compatible with an existing installation. The Government plans to negotiate directly with the OEM, Cramaro Tarpaulin Systems, Inc. of Melbourne, Florida. While other responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration, the determination to proceed without competition is at the Government's discretion. All potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Required information must be received by March 3, 2026.
