This is a Sources Sought notice (not a solicitation) for Mess Attendant/Dining Facility Attendant services at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. The contractor will provide managerial, administrative, and direct personnel to perform wardroom dining services, catering, cleaning, trash removal, and pot/pans wash for approximately 4,500 midshipmen plus staff and guests. The anticipated period of performance is one one-year base period with four one-year options, with services estimated to begin on 01 March 2027. The government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract based on a monthly rate.
