The Navy’s Submarine Programs office plans to issue an Area of Interest notice under Other Transaction Authority for competitive industry concepts using Super Intelligence to advance a novel SSN(X) System Arrangement Concept Design and reduce integration risk within a hydrostatically balanced Whole-Ship Submarine Concept Design. The formal AOI notice may launch as early as next week.
