Naval War College, Newport RI intends to solicit on a sole source basis to Pitney-Bowes the lease of new postal equipment in support of the Naval War College mail processing. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of FAR 13.106-1(1), only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The anticipated award date is 03 Sept 2020. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive Quotes: However, the Government will consider all quotes received within two days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
