The Government seeks 3,000 each of NSN 1H-2090-012244912-ST under TDP version 034, delivered FOB origin. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity, and only approved sources with unique design, engineering, and manufacturing/repair knowledge are qualified. Alternate sources must qualify through procedures approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the qualification requirements at time of award per FAR 52.209-1. Based on market research, FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures will not be used, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item to the contracting officer.
