NAVSUP WSS plans to solicit a 5-year multiple-award IDIQ contract with one base year and four option years, using firm-fixed prices for each year and CLIN and requiring proposed delivery schedules for each item per year. Quantities are best estimated quantities for evaluation only and do not guarantee purchases; all orders will be issued as priced orders. Eligibility is limited to pre-qualified approved sources, with engineering source approval required by the design control activity, and award requires qualification at time of award. The Government will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item policies, though interested parties may identify commercial-item interest and capability to the contracting officer within 15 days of the notice.
