Standardized military and federal documents are available through DODSSP/DAPS in Philadelphia, PA and ASSIST-Online, though patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not stocked there. Award will require the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer to meet applicable qualification requirements at time of award. The acquisition will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures, but interested parties may present commercial-item capability to the contracting officer.
