This is a firm-fixed-price repair requirement for the AMPLIFIER,AUDIO FRE (CAGE 53711, ref. no. 6991116), issued under Emergency Acquisition Authority using commercial procedures. If the offeror has a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) covering these items, the resultant order will be issued under that BOA and the BOA terms will control any conflict. Repair must meet the listed CAGE/reference requirements, IPC J-STD-001 Class 3 soldering, MIL-STD-130 marking, OEM inspection/testing, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Records of inspection work must be kept complete and available for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, with proof submitted on company letterhead, and proposals are accepted via NECO or email only.
