The Government intends to procure 19 units of electronic component NSN 7H-5998-016252221 (TDP VER 005) on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1, with delivery to Lockheed Martin Corporation in Manassas, VA. Responsible sources may express interest and capability, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals and any decision not to compete is within the Government’s discretion. The acquisition will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item policies, although interested parties may identify commercial-item capability to the contracting officer. One or more items may be subject to Free Trade Agreements and/or the WTO Government Procurement Agreement if the referenced DFARS clauses are included in the solicitation.
