This procurement is for material used in a crucial shipboard system and designated a Fly-By-Wire Submarine Flight Critical Component (SFCC) with special control, traceability, and certification requirements; the item must conform to 96169 EB-4304. Requested delivery is 365 days, and the warranty is one year from delivery. If the offeror is not the Original End Manufacturer, it must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization; if packaging occurs at a different location, the offeror must provide that facility’s name, street address, and CAGE. The award will be DO-certified/DPAS-rated for national defense and issued bilaterally with written contractor acceptance required. Government quality assurance will be performed at source, and DD1423 inspection/test-plan items may be waived if already on file at NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg; quality-system compliance, SFCC marking/MIC, 100% traceability-mark inspection, and OQE certification via WAWF are required.
