This U.S. Navy requirement covers manufacture and contract quality requirements for hydraulic actuator(s) built to specified Cage Code/reference configurations, using Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities and a bilateral award that requires the contractor’s written acceptance before execution. The award will be DO-rated for national defense under DPAS, and non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter. Items must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, marked per MIL-STD-130, packaged per MIL-STD 2073 and the schedule, and warranted for one year from delivery. The contractor is responsible for inspection and quality compliance and must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. If additive manufacturing is used, the contractor must compile and submit a master component traceability ledger and associated manufacturing/quality records electronically to NAVSUP HQ AM and WAWF.
