Award requires Government source approval; non-approved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure data with their offer, and non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter. A firm fixed price is sought, but if one cannot be determined the offeror must inform the PCO.
