The Government intends a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 for NSN 1H-6695-010937842 (TDP VER 006, ref. no. 41GP21PPORM60D1A2), quantity 6 EA, with delivery to DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. The Government does not own the data or data rights needed to contract repair from additional sources and has determined that buying the data rights or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. Interested parties can obtain applicable Military/Federal specifications, QPLs/QPDs, handbooks, and other standardized documents from DODSSP/DAPS in Philadelphia or via ASSIST-Online/Quick Search, although patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not stocked at DODSSP. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements for Government consideration. The acquisition will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item policies, but interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item.
