NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg intends to solicit on a sole-source basis with Treadwell Corporation for repair of the ELECTRLSIS 170 SCF (NIIN 016454733, part 22-38894) used in the Sub Atmosphere System, because Treadwell is the OEM and only known approved source and no drawings/data are available. The contract duration will be one year, with an approximate solicitation issue date of 11 November 2026 and anticipated award date of 25 December 2026. Delivery is to DLA Distribution Norfolk, VA. Interested firms not already approved must submit a Source Approval Request, and award will not be delayed for SAR approval; all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration.
