The Navy seeks manufacture and quality compliance for a hexagon cap screw (Cage Code 96169, reference 92-08-1250) under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with military marking and packaging requirements. Award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s written acceptance, and the item is DO-rated for national defense under DPAS. Offerors that are not the OEM must identify the OEM by company name and CAGE and provide a signed OEM letter authorizing distributor status; consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, and packing at a different facility requires that facility’s name, address, and CAGE. Inspection records must be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and the warranty lasts one year from delivery. The Government may order up to 100% additional quantity for 365 days ARO at the same price.
