The Navy seeks repair of METER,SPECIAL SCALE items (CAGE 0BHF9, ref 9230-04-0012) under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with the award issued bilaterally and requiring the contractor’s written acceptance. The contractor must hold a Government security clearance per DD Form 254 and comply with OEM repair standards, mercury-free requirements, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. After receiving carcasses, the vendor has 90 days to complete teardown/evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for the full repair effort; the requested repair turnaround time is 180 days, and the Government may exercise an increased-quantity option within 365 days of award.
