This is a Navy repair requirement for a POWER SUPPLY under CAGE 50406/reference 018935SA-5, awarded bilaterally under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities and rated under DPAS. Offerors that are not the OEM must identify the OEM and provide signed distributor authorization, and must identify any separate packaging facility by name, address, and CAGE. The contractor must complete teardown and evaluation within 90 days after receipt of carcasses and provide a firm-fixed-price quote for the full repair effort, including new-item cost for evaluation. The requested repair turnaround time is 61 days, with price reductions for missed RTAT, and the government may exercise an option quantity within 365 days of award under the same delivery time and price. Repaired items must meet the original CAGE/reference requirements, be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, use MIL-STD-129 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging, carry a one-year warranty from delivery, and retain inspection records for 365 days after final delivery.

The government seeks one unit of this part under TDP version 002, with delivery FOB origin. The government does not own the data or rights needed to contract repair from additional sources and has determined that buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the applicable qualification requirements at time of award under FAR clause 52.209-1.
