The Navy requires manufacture of a Circuit Card Assembly to specified CAGE/reference numbers, with ISO 9001 quality-system, mercury-free, MIL-STD-129 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements for submarine/surface ship use. Award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s written acceptance; non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter on OEM letterhead. The Government may order up to 100% additional quantity for 365 days ARO at the same price, and supplies carry a one-year warranty from delivery. The contract will be DO-rated under DPAS for national defense and is conducted under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. Contractual documents are considered issued upon mailing, fax, or email, and contractor proposal acceptance constitutes bilateral agreement to that issuance method.

The government requires one unit of NSN 7H-5998-015773858, referenced as 77C733423G001 under TDP version 002, with delivery FOB origin. The government does not own the data or rights needed to contract repair from additional sources, and it has determined that buying the data/rights or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the applicable qualification requirements at time of award under FAR clause 52.209-1.
