The Navy requires repair/overhaul of a TUNER,RADIO FREQUEN under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with the award issued bilaterally and DO-rated under DPAS. The contractor must complete teardown and evaluation within 90 days after receipt of the carcass(es) and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for full repair, including all receipt/repair costs and estimated new-item cost, plus teardown/evaluation rate, RTAT, throughput constraint, and induction expiration date. The requested repair turnaround time is 55 days, with price reductions for missed RTAT and final Government inspection/acceptance required within the contract RTAT; quotes must state proposed RTAT and capacity constraints. Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter, and any alternate packaging location must be identified with name, address, and CAGE. Repair must follow OEM/approved repair standards and applicable military, ESD, marking, and packaging requirements, with records retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery and a one-year warranty from delivery.

The requirement is for 2 each, with delivery FOB origin. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to contract repair of this part from additional sources, and it has determined that buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical.
