Quotes must include unit/total price, an informal cost breakdown if applicable, and repair turnaround time (RTAT), which is measured from asset return to government acceptance. The contractor must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery and comply with MIL-STD-129 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and mercury-free requirements. Awardee, inspection/acceptance, and facility/subcontractor CAGE information must be provided, and freight is FOB Origin.
