MATRIX,SWITCH
The Navy requires repair of a MATRIX,SWITCH (CAGE/reference 03538 77C735684P2) under a bilateral award that requires the contractor’s written acceptance before execution. Offerors must quote unit and total price, an informal cost breakdown if applicable, proposed Repair Turnaround Time in days, and RMA if applicable; RTAT runs from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor’s facility through Government acceptance, and CAV transactions must be reported by the fifth regular business day after receipt. Repair must follow the contractor’s repair/overhaul standards, MIL-STD-130 marking, ANSI/ESD S20.20 electrostatic discharge controls, mercury-free requirements for submarine/surface ship use, and original manufacturer inspection/testing requirements, with Government Source Inspection required and freight FOB Origin. Quality records must remain complete and available for 365 calendar days after final delivery. The awardee must provide CAGE information for the awardee, inspection/acceptance if different, and the facility/subcontractor where the asset will be shipped; only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered.
