PROCESSOR ASSEMBLY
The Navy requires repair of a PROCESSOR ASSEMBLY under a bilaterally awarded repair solicitation, with work performed to the contractor’s repair/overhaul practices and original manufacturer specifications/drawings. The contractor must provide unit and total pricing, an informal cost breakdown if applicable, repair turnaround time (RTAT), RMA number if applicable, and awardee/inspection/shipping CAGE information. Government Source Inspection is required, and the contractor must comply with MIL-STD-129 marking, ANSI/ESD S20.20 electrostatic discharge control, mercury-free material restrictions, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. All freight is FOB Origin, and inspection records must be kept complete and available for 365 calendar days after final delivery. The contractor must obtain Government final inspection and acceptance within the established RTAT, measured from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor’s facility as recorded in CAV.
