This Navy RFQ is for repair of the MODULE, PWR AMP (CAGE/ref 1EG52 170-505900-G001), with MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB source, CAV reporting, and IUID compliance. Only firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated repair pricing will be accepted; test-and-evaluation-only quotes are not accepted, and award will go only to an authorized repair source. The requested repair turnaround time is 365 days after receipt of the asset, with price reductions for late units, and the induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award. The Government intends to include an option for up to 100% additional quantity (10 EA) exercisable within 365 days after award, and contractors must provide throughput constraints and CAGE/facility information in their quotes. Quotes must be submitted electronically via email and include repair unit price, total price, RTAT, price type, new-unit pricing/lead time if applicable, and a cost breakdown.
