This Navy requirement is for repair of left and right turbochargers under a firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated pricing arrangement; test-and-evaluation-only quotes will not be accepted. The awardee must be an authorized repair source, comply with IUID requirements, and provide MIL-STD packaging, Government Source Inspection, FOB Source, and CAV reporting. The requested repair turnaround time is 79 days after receipt of the asset at the contractor’s facility, and the induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award. Contractors must quote repair unit price, total price, RTAT, price type, and related capacity and CAGE information, with a requested minimum quote expiration of 90 days. Late delivery against the required RTAT incurs price reductions per unit/per month unless delay is excusable, and the contractor must propose a throughput constraint and price-reduction amount.
