The Navy seeks a firm-fixed-price procurement for manufacture and quality requirements of a DISK,RUPTURABLE, part number 04577 B16189-1, including MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB destination, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-1330 oxygen/nitrogen cleaning, and MIL-DTL-19595 non-magnetic inspection. Production Lot Testing is required for 100% of units, which must be delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division in Indian Head, MD 20640-5070 for testing and subsequent government transshipment. The EOD Technician has 90 days to test/inspect/accept the production quantity, with the contract administrator having an additional 30 days to notify the contractor (120 days total), and the contractor must notify the Government testing activity 30 days prior to shipment of material to be tested. Quotes should be submitted electronically and include unit price, total price, procurement delivery lead time, award/inspection CAGEs, cost breakdown, and a quote expiration of at least 90 days; OEM authorized-distributor proof is required if the offeror is not the manufacturer. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures on a best-value basis considering price, past performance, and supplier performance risk.
