The Navy seeks a firm-fixed-price buy/procurement for manufacture of the CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC under CAGE 53711 ref. 6196017, with MIL-STD packaging, government source inspection, and FOB destination shipping included. Production lot testing is required, and all units must be delivered to Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division, Indian Head, MD 20640-5070, for 100% testing. The contractor must notify the Government testing activity 30 days before shipment; the EOD Technician then has 90 days to test/inspect/accept the production quantity, with the contract administrator allowed an additional 30 days (120 total) to notify results. Award will be based on best value considering price, past performance, and supplier performance risk, and the resultant award will be bilateral requiring written acceptance. Offerors that are not the manufacturer must provide an official OEM letter/email confirming authorized distributor status, and quotes must include required pricing, lead time, CAGE, traceability, and other justification information.
