The Government requires 10 circuit card assemblies (NSN 7H-5998-016012416-VN, TDP VER 002; induction NIIN 7H 5998 014708754), delivered to DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to contract repair from additional sources and considers buying the data or reverse engineering uneconomical. It intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. Responsible sources may identify interest and capability or submit proposals/quotations, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and award requires meeting qualification requirements at time of award. FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures are not being used, though interested parties may identify commercial-item capability to the contracting officer.
